Array Expands Offerings to Help Life Sciences Events Clients Make Better Use of Data
January 3, 2022 •Array Team
DENVER, CO -- Array, a leading content engagement solution for life sciences events, has expanded its service offerings to include data consulting. A new department, Array Analytics & Insights Management (AIM), partners with clients through every step of the life sciences event production cycle, from content planning to post-event analysis. AIM develops strategies that align content engagement with clients’ event goals, then captures and reports on the most relevant data and generates insights on content, attendees, and presenters.
“Our technology offers clients a myriad of ways to collect event data, right down to the individual slide and attendee level,” explains Jeannie Griffin, VP of product management at Array. “However, some event organizers have expressed the need for help understanding their event data or are too overwhelmed with the day-to-day of managing events to put effort into data analysis. AIM was created in response to this need. The team will help them ensure they are gathering the most important data and using it to the greatest advantage.”
In addition to instant reporting on event engagement, Array’s AIM provides key insights through in-depth analysis of event data. Among the information included in the AIM report is:
- Event goal outcomes
- Engagement benchmarking
- Participant demographics
- Array Content Engagement Score (ACES)
- Satisfaction and evaluation
- Knowledge transfer
- Recommendations for future events
AIM is available in three service tiers to suit clients’ event data needs. All offer instant reporting on event engagement at the individual level. The first tier also includes a thorough data review and event feedback. The next tier offers greater insight into aligning goals with data collection, as well as content review and feedback. In the highest tier, the AIM team provides real-time data monitoring at the event and quarterly data reviews to help clients better understand the database of insights generated across all of their events.
The launch of AIM is the latest step in Array’s mission to provide functionality and expertise specific to events in the life sciences industry. In early 2021, the company rebranded from Educational Measures to Array and narrowed their focus exclusively to life sciences events. Since then, Array has surpassed 2,700 virtual events and 100 hybrid events where in-person and remote audiences engage with the same speakers and content in real time.
Array provides content engagement technology and services designed specifically for life sciences events – with nearly 20 years of experience at more than 7,000 Life Sciences events. The unique interactive features in Array software can increase audience engagement by 80% and help to improve events with engagement analytics down to individual audience members. Array offers technical support and event production expertise to ensure the successful execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid life sciences events.
